I have created a new OpenPGP key and will be transitioning away from my old key.

Below is a signed statement.

I have created a new OpenPGP key and will be transitioning away from my old key.

As far as I know, my previous key has not been compromised and will remain valid
for the foreseeable future.  However, I plan to use my new key for all future
signing and encryption.
